"The Mustaqbill (Future) Foundation has played a key part in Slough's strong community cohesion. During the Coivd crisis, the Foundation has supported vulnerable people with food and company through its befriending service.
"The charity is an important part of the Covid-19 One Slough Community Response. It helped spread vital health messages to business leaders and the wider community during lockdown. The use of BAME community leaders to influence positive behaviour among their peers has been recognised as good practice by government.
